During 2025, the Kentish Players were proud to support Heart of Kent Hospice as our chosen charity of the year.
One of our early fundraising highlights was taking part in the Heart of Kent Hospice Bluebell Walk. On a beautiful spring Sunday, some of our wonderful members laced up their walking boots and represented KP with enthusiasm and heart.
Thanks to the incredible kindness and generosity of our supporters, we raised a fantastic £588 for the Hospice.
Throughout the year, we continued to champion this important cause, including during show week for our 2025 production of Rock of Ages at the Central Theatre.
Heart of Kent Hospice provides compassionate care for people living with terminal illnesses, as well as vital support for their families and loved ones. Their dedicated team offers expert nursing, dementia care, counselling, and practical help for carers, bringing dignity, comfort and kindness when it matters most.
We are incredibly grateful to everyone who donated, walked, supported events, and helped us raise awareness throughout the year. While our official fundraising focus has now concluded, we remain thankful for the opportunity to have supported such an inspiring organisation.
